Airtable's first page is not the whole table

A successful list request can still leave most of a table unread. Airtable's Web API guidance uses a returned offset to request the next page; its absence marks the final page.

For the Airtable integration, create a test table larger than one response page. Follow each returned offset without inventing a numeric page value, and reconcile the retrieved record IDs against the fixture. An apparently valid partial export is a particularly easy failure to miss.
