Weekly JSON diff: compare against the approved snapshot

For a recurring JSON review, preserve an approved snapshot and compare the new document against it. Classify each change as expected, unexpected, or requiring a schema update. Watch nested fields, array order, nulls, and numeric-to-string changes. A formatting-only change may be harmless, but a single altered flag can be important. Save the newly approved version as the next baseline only after the changes have been reviewed.
