Public JSON-to-CSV example: use synthetic records

To report a JSON-to-CSV issue publicly, create a few harmless records containing the problematic feature: nested values, nulls, commas, quotes, or Unicode. Show expected headers and output rows, plus the actual result. Do not share customer data or assume deleting names removes sensitive fields. Keep the example small enough to inspect by eye. A safe controlled sample lets others tell whether the issue is field selection, escaping, or type conversion.
