The Abstract listing needs a naming distinction. Historical Abstract SDK documentation describes design projects, branches and commit-based versions; it is not the IP geolocation service sold under the AbstractAPI name.
Before building on that historical contract, verify current service availability and authorized access with the actual provider. Documentation that remains online is not proof that new integrations are supported. For migration analysis, preserve project and commit identifiers rather than replacing them with unrelated API concepts.
