DB-IP self lookups: know whose address the service sees

DB-IP's API documentation defines self as the caller's address. In a DB-IP integration, a server-side self lookup therefore describes the server's outward connection, not automatically the visitor's location.

Trace where the request originates before using the result for regional defaults. Treat IP-derived location as an estimate and allow corrections rather than presenting it as a precise personal address.
