- Import configurable products, categories, prices, stock, and customer groups.
- Test regional taxes, shipping, coupons, and your actual payment provider.
- Place an order, cancel it, and issue a partial refund; compare accounting totals.
- Inventory current modules and map each to a native feature or supported replacement.
- Check old URL redirects, SEO metadata, and export of customers and order history.
Plan cutover around stock and orders in flight. Keep a rollback path until reconciliation is complete.
