A comprehensive weekly meal planning tool that helps you organize breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for every day of the week. Track calories, protein, carbs, and fat with a built-in database of 50+ meals. Set dietary preferences, calorie targets, and auto-generate balanced meal plans.
How to Use
Set your daily calorie target and dietary preferences. Click Auto Generate to fill the week with meals matching your criteria, or click the + button on individual slots to choose meals manually. Switch to the Nutrition tab to view detailed breakdowns, or the Grocery tab to see a consolidated shopping list. Save and load multiple plans, export/import as JSON, or print your plan.
