JSON formatting handoff: include original and semantic check

A clean JSON handoff provides the original, formatted copy, formatter settings, and a statement of what was checked. Report whether parsed values and types match, whether duplicate keys were inspected, and whether a schema validator was run. If the file is signed or hashed, note that exact bytes may matter. The recipient should know if the new file is merely more readable or has actually been validated for the application's requirements.
