Before-and-after JSON validation: separate fixes from regressions

Validate both old and new JSON and compare the error locations. If the new file parses, inspect whether a syntax fix altered a value, removed a field, or changed a type. Then run schema checks on the new data and compare important paths with the old version. A parser error disappearing does not mean the corrected data is equivalent to what was intended. Keep the original for an audit trail.
