Minimal JSON-to-CSV test: include one nested and one missing field

A small conversion sample can be two JSON objects: one with a quoted comma or nested value and one missing that field. State the expected CSV headers and rows. This reveals how the tool chooses columns, escapes content, and fills absent values. If the issue concerns Unicode or line breaks, preserve those exact features. Use synthetic values, then inspect the raw CSV as well as a spreadsheet view.
