Weekly JSON-to-CSV export: keep the schema stable

For a recurring JSON-to-CSV export, record the source field names, selected column order, and how nested arrays or objects are represented. Each week, compare input record count with output rows and inspect records with missing fields, commas, quotes, and line breaks. If a new field appears, decide explicitly whether to add a column rather than silently dropping it. Keep a sample output approved by the recipient so changes in structure are easy to notice.
