Case conversion handoff: state style and exceptions

A clean handoff for recased text includes the original, converted output, selected casing style, locale, and an exception list for brands, names, acronyms, and identifiers. Mark which sections were reviewed manually. If URLs or file paths appear, note that they should not be transformed without explicit approval. This lets the next editor continue consistently and spot an accidental byte change rather than assuming every difference was intended.
