Slug handoff: document the canonical URL

A slug handoff should include the page title, approved slug, final canonical URL, and any previous slug that needs a redirect. Note intentional transliteration or shortened wording so another editor does not regenerate a different route from the title. Verify that the new path does not collide with reserved or existing routes. Keeping this mapping explicit protects inbound links and makes future renames easier to review.
