A handoff for resized images should state the original filename, target pixel dimensions, desired fit or crop behavior, format, and intended display context. Include the exported file and note any upscaling or quality limits. If transparency or color profile matters, say whether it was retained. A reviewer should be able to tell whether the image was stretched, cropped, or letterboxed intentionally, and regenerate it from the original if another size is needed.
