For a recurring image resize, keep a list of required output dimensions, aspect ratios, formats, and intended placements. Use the original high-resolution file each time rather than resizing last week's smaller output again. Export one representative image, check its actual pixel dimensions, and inspect small text or thin lines at display size. If a source has a different aspect ratio, decide whether to crop or letterbox rather than stretch it. Consistent dimensions need not mean distorted content.
