Move a small sample folder to Filen across two devices, including a large file, a filename with unusual characters, and a document edited offline on both machines. Check how conflicts are surfaced and whether the right version can be recovered.
For encrypted cloud storage, key recovery and export are essential. Keep an independent backup, verify sharing permissions, and download the whole test folder to another provider or local disk before migrating important files. Smooth first sync is not proof of recoverability.
