Create a real architecture or process diagram in draw.io with labeled connectors, grouped elements, and multiple pages. Export an image for readers and retain the editable source. Open that source on another machine and ask a colleague to update one component without rearranging the whole layout.
Choose where source files are stored and reviewed, especially for sensitive diagrams. A diagram is useful when it can be maintained as the system changes, not only when the first export looks polished.
