Eleventy: test authoring and deployment with real pages

Build a small Eleventy site section using the templates and content formats your team needs. Include images, collections, navigation, and redirects. Run the build locally and in CI, then compare output URLs and metadata with the existing site.

Have the person who will maintain the content publish a correction. Static output can be portable, but build plugins and template conventions still need owners. The deciding factor is a reproducible author-to-publish workflow, not a minimal starter project.
