Pomodoro Timer
Boost productivity with the Pomodoro Technique: focused work sessions with timed breaks.
About Pomodoro Timer
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo. It uses a timer to break work into focused intervals (traditionally 25 minutes) separated by short breaks (5 minutes). After four work intervals, a longer break (15-30 minutes) is taken. This technique improves focus, reduces mental fatigue, and increases productivity.
How to Use
Set your preferred durations for work, short break, and long break sessions. Click Start to begin the timer. Focus on your task until the timer ends. Take a short break, then start the next session. After four work sessions, enjoy a longer break. The session dots track your progress through each cycle.
