Documenting an intermittent error with a useful timeline

For each occurrence, record the action, local time with time zone, visible error, and whether an immediate retry succeeded. Include a success between failures; it can reveal the actual window.

Keep the device, account, and network consistent where possible, then test one variable at a time. Do not repeatedly trigger actions with side effects, such as purchases or messages. A small timeline is more useful than “it fails randomly.”

When did the last failure and success occur?
