In Deepgram Voice integrations, is_final and speech_final serve different purposes. The endpointing guide distinguishes finalized transcript segments from a detected endpoint or pause.

Accumulate the finalized segments needed for the utterance instead of keeping only the last message. Test natural pauses and revisions so that the displayed transcript neither duplicates interim text nor loses earlier words.
