In Cookie Clicker, evaluate a purchase by production increase, price growth, synergy, and the milestone or achievement it unlocks. The shortest payback is useful early, but strategic upgrades can multiply several buildings at once. Time golden-cookie effects when the setup can use them, and evaluate ascension by permanent benefit versus recovery time. Avoid altering device time. For lost progress, include platform, version, save method, last sync, production state, and exact action.
