Let a trusted password manager generate a long random password that meets the site's requirements, and save it in that manager. The password should be unique to the account; reusing a clever password is still risky because one breach can expose several accounts.
Check that the manager can fill and recover the password on your devices, and secure the manager itself with a strong master secret and available multifactor protection. A password generator can demonstrate the approach, but use the generator and storage setup whose privacy and randomness you trust for a real account.
If an old password was reused, replace it on every affected site.
