Making before-and-after text review meaningful

Keep the original untouched and compare one revision at a time in Text Diff. Note changes to facts, commitments, dates, and tone separately from spelling or whitespace.

After reading the highlighted differences, read the final text without highlights. A diff can prove what moved but not whether the paragraph is now clear. Summarize the two or three changes a reviewer actually needs to approve.
