Describe the sequence of screens: where you start, what you click, and which page returns unexpectedly. Include browser or app version, approximate local time, and whether private mode or another device behaves differently.

Never post passwords, one-time codes, recovery links, session cookies, or screenshots containing them. Check the official service status before changing security settings. If a login attempt succeeds on another device, say so without assuming the whole service is healthy.
