Cropping a profile image for square and circular views

Use Image Cropper to make a square with the main subject near the center. Leave breathing room around faces, logos, or text because some sites display the square inside a circular mask.

Preview the result at avatar size, not only full resolution. If a logo's words disappear when small, consider a simpler mark. Keep the original so you can make a different crop later without losing pixels.
