Weekly CSV-to-JSON conversion: watch header drift

For a repeated CSV-to-JSON task, record the expected delimiter, encoding, header names, and type policy. Each week, compare the incoming header row with the approved schema before converting. Check duplicate or empty headers and rows with quoted commas or newlines. Validate output object count and a few keyed records. If a column is added, decide how consumers should handle it instead of allowing silent schema drift.
