Repeated upload errors: report progress and outcome

For an upload error that repeats, note the file type, approximate size, last visible progress, and the short error text. Use a harmless test file rather than a private document. Record local time with timezone and whether the destination contains a completed or partial copy after each attempt. If the same file fails at the same point, say so; if different files fail, compare their sizes and formats. Avoid posting filenames that reveal private work or full request logs with tokens. A report should distinguish a transfer failure from a later processing failure.
