Messaging recovery is more than a send button appearing to work. Describe whether messages are accepted, delivered, displayed to recipients, and notified, with approximate timestamps for each. Note app or browser, broad region, and whether the problem affects one conversation or many.
Do not paste message contents, phone numbers, or personal identifiers into a public report. A delayed message may arrive later, so avoid sending many duplicates while diagnosing. Compare a safe test message if both parties agree and check the provider’s official incident updates. If only some users recover, say which step remains affected rather than declaring the service restored.
