Simon Says
Test your memory by repeating an ever-growing sequence of colors and sounds!
About Simon Says
Simon Says is a classic electronic memory game originally released in 1978 by Ralph Baer and Howard Morrison. The game features four colored buttons that light up in a random sequence, challenging players to repeat the pattern. It became one of the most popular handheld games of all time and continues to test short-term memory and concentration skills.
How to Play
Watch as the game lights up colored buttons in a sequence. After the sequence plays, repeat it by clicking the buttons in the exact same order. Each round adds one more step to the sequence. A wrong click ends the game. Try to beat your high score!
Tips & Strategies
- •Say the colors aloud or in your head as the sequence plays to reinforce your memory.
- •Focus on groups of 3-4 colors at a time rather than trying to memorize the entire sequence at once.
- •Create a rhythm or pattern association with the color sequence to make it easier to recall.
- •Stay relaxed — stress and anxiety make it harder to recall sequences accurately.
- •Practice regularly to improve your short-term memory capacity over time.
