Note file type and approximate size, app or browser, local time, and the last visible upload state. Did it fail before transfer, stall partway, reach 100% but not appear, or finish with a processing error?

Test one small, non-sensitive file if safe. Do not publish the private original, and avoid repeated large submissions that may still be processing. Comparing another network can help distinguish a local path from a broader incident.
