A mobile-versus-web report is useful when both clients perform the same test at nearly the same time. State the event that should produce a notification, which client receives it, and whether the other client shows it after refresh. Include app and browser versions, approximate time with timezone, and whether browser notification permission is enabled.
A missing browser push may be different from a missing in-app notification. Check both separately, then test a private browser window if it is safe and relevant. Avoid posting notification contents or account details. The report should say exactly which surface fails and which still works, so a fix can be verified on both.
