Record the exact visible error, approximate time, source and destination devices, and whether the failure affects creating, editing, or deleting events. Check if the event appears on the source device only or nowhere. A local copy does not prove successful sync.
Do not share private event contents, attendee lists, meeting URLs, or access tokens. If the same error repeats, avoid creating many duplicate test events. Use one harmless event to compare another network or client if needed, and check the provider’s official status page. Report the sequence and scope so support can distinguish a client cache problem from delayed server synchronization.
