A useful regional report includes a broad location, a time window, and the stage that is slow: sending, server acceptance, delivery, or notification. Compare timestamps on both ends of a consensual test conversation if available. State whether mobile data and Wi-Fi behave differently, but do not infer a regional server failure from one device.
Keep message contents and contact identities private. Check the provider’s incident page and separate your observations from reports by others. Delayed delivery may catch up in a burst, so warn affected users to avoid repeated sends until they confirm what arrived. A broad region is enough for correlation; exact address or location history is not needed.
