A final workflow check before output is shared

The final step should verify the output against the request, not merely confirm that the automation ran. Check required fields, expected format, skipped records, and redaction of private values.

Inspect a representative result plus any errors or warnings. If a retry occurred, look for duplicates. Give the reviewer a clear choice to approve, repair, or stop distribution; do not silently pass uncertain output to the next person.
