A sample image that looks wrong should stop the batch. Compare it with the source at the intended display size and identify the mismatch: crop, dimensions, orientation, color, transparency, compression artifacts, filename, or missing metadata. Check the export settings and one original file before processing more images.
Change one setting at a time, export a new sample, and ask the intended reviewer to approve the result. Preserve untouched originals and record the settings used for the approved version. A small visual error repeated across hundreds of files becomes expensive to repair; a sample gate is the cheapest place to catch it.
