A chunked upload has an important boundary: Put Block stages data, while Put Block List commits the selected blocks.
For the Azure Blob API, test interruption after the last block transfer but before commit. The interface should not report a completed upload merely because all bytes were sent. After committing, retrieve the blob and verify its length and contents; also test that your selected block order reconstructs the intended file.
