A Baserow database often serves several audiences at once: editors use grid views, visitors submit forms, and applications read through an API. Copy one representative table with linked records, field validation, filters, and a form into a candidate.
Test a form submission, an API update, and a user who should see only permitted data. Then export and re-import the table to check field types and links. A spreadsheet-looking interface can mask weaker automation or permissions. Inventory every integration before cutover, and run both systems side by side until API consumers and editors agree that the records match.
