Create a small GrowthBook feature flag and experiment in staging. Fix a sample of user identifiers, confirm each receives a stable variation, and check what happens when the flag is disabled. Validate event tracking and metric definitions against known data before interpreting a result.
Decide who may launch an experiment, change traffic, or stop a risky variant. Feature flags are operational controls; keep a kill-switch procedure and remove stale flags. A polished experiment dashboard cannot compensate for inconsistent assignment or bad metrics.
