Ably Realtime

A connection returning to an active state does not prove that every intervening message reached the application. Ably's connection-state documentation describes recovery and continuity signals, including an attachment that was not resumed.

For the Ably Realtime integration, interrupt a test connection while numbered messages are published. Check the resume outcome and reconcile any gap through an appropriate catch-up path. Keep “connected” and “up to date” as separate interface states.
