Telnyx Telecom

Calls and messages cross networks where queued, sent, delivered, answered, and failed are distinct states.

• Verify webhooks and process duplicates idempotently.
• Normalize numbers while retaining destination country.
• Preserve provider event time and receipt time.
• Record consent and opt-outs per channel.
• Bound retries and prevent fallback-channel spam.

Test carrier filtering, call timeout, number porting, media failure, delayed receipts, and regional sender rules. Keep message bodies, recordings, and full phone numbers under strict retention and access controls.
