A gallery entry should state the problem, required input, expected output, permissions, and which values a user must customize. Include one synthetic example with its expected result and one common failure case.
Test a fresh copy without access to your own account, files, or environment. Remove hard-coded tokens, private endpoints, and personal data from nodes, defaults, screenshots, and logs. Explain whether rerunning can create duplicates or overwrite existing records.
A clever diagram is not enough. Someone who did not build it should be able to run a harmless test and decide whether the output is correct.
