- Recreate one parameterized query, scheduled refresh, visualization, and dashboard.
- Invite a viewer, editor, and outsider; test data-source access, query visibility, and sharing links.
- Observe cached versus live results, timezone handling, and behavior when a refresh fails.
- Export queries and dashboard definitions, then estimate migration work for embedded links and alerts.
Pay special attention to publicly shareable dashboards and text parameters. A dashboard can look harmless while exposing underlying data or permitting unsafe query inputs.
