- Include lists, labels, assignees, due dates, checklists, attachments, and comments.
- Move cards through the actual team workflow; test permissions and notifications.
- Check mobile use, keyboard access, search, and archived-card retrieval.
- Export the board and inspect whether activity history survives.
- Compare self-hosting upkeep and backups if those matter to the team.
Ask the people who maintain the board to test it. A clean import can still disrupt ownership or the meaning of a workflow stage.
