AFFiNE blends documents with a visual canvas, so moving plain text is an incomplete migration. Build a small project with linked notes, embedded images, and a canvas containing shapes and connections. Export it, import it elsewhere, and check whether the relationships still make sense.
Ask a collaborator to revise the project, including a simultaneous edit if that is part of your work. Test offline access and restore on a clean device. A candidate with polished writing tools may still flatten diagrams into images or break links between pages. Choose based on whether the knowledge structure remains editable after the move.
