A page can work while its image host, media delivery path, browser cache, or network filter fails. First note whether the problem affects one image, one site, or many sites. Try a private window, another browser, or another network without changing several settings at once.
If uploads also fail, record that separately from image display. Check the browser's error message or network panel if you are comfortable doing so, and compare with service reports for the same time and region.
A precise report—“page text loads, thumbnails fail on Wi-Fi but load on mobile data”—is more useful than calling the entire service down. Avoid sharing private image URLs.
