Reply with the suggestion you tried, the result you saw, and what remains unclear. “It didn't work” is hard to diagnose; “the first step worked, but export still fails with this message” moves the thread forward.
If the answer solved it, say which step mattered and mark it accepted when possible. If you changed your setup meanwhile, mention that too. Keep any new logs or screenshots redacted.
