Narrow the affected Zalo function
Open the Zalo status page before resetting the app or account.
- Compare sign-in, message send, receive, and calls.
- Test the mobile and desktop clients independently.
- Record network, region, and client version.
Do not resend messages in bulk while delayed delivery is possible.
