An image-preparation handoff should include source files, approved export examples, target dimensions and formats, naming rules, destination, and the list of remaining assets. Explain any exceptions, such as a portrait image that needs a different crop. Give the new owner access through the normal permission path rather than forwarding private links or credentials.
Ask them to export and inspect one sample before continuing the batch. Record which files were already reviewed and which have only been processed, so the new owner does not confuse completion with approval. Keep the originals intact and identify a fallback contact for questions. A clear handoff prevents mixed settings and duplicate work.
