When an image delivery date changes, confirm what is still essential: required dimensions, supported formats, naming, accessibility text, and a review of representative outputs. Estimate the remaining files and time for export, upload, and quality checks. If time shrinks, reduce optional variants before removing checks that prevent broken or mislabeled assets.
Batch work only after one approved sample for each distinct source type. Assign someone to check the final folder for missing files, duplicate names, and export errors. Keep originals and the transformation settings so rework is possible. Tell downstream editors which sizes are ready and which are still pending; a changed calendar date should not masquerade as completed work.
